What You’ll Learn:

This one hour workshop takes you through the steps to having more Me Time in three ways.

  • the secret to be able to drink your coffee while it’s still hot because it’s nice to have your drink the way you likely intended— immediately and hot

  • the key to running errands with children in tow because sometimes you don’t have another option and it doesn’t have to be hard to roam the aisles of a grocery store or get an oil change with your child around

  • how to ask for help before getting frustrated because your child benefits from a calm parent and you deserve to feel good too

Keeping your child busy with positive tasks that don’t require a lot of work or preparation is possible! In the meantime, you can choose what to do with your time— rest or knock things off your to do list!

Who Teaches the Workshop?

About Erika

I have always been certain about Motherhood— it was something I wanted for so long! The first year of parenting was so difficult but after some growing pains, I knew I could be “Mama” and more!

As a Teacher and Coach, it has always been my mission to help others learn about the stuff that really matters. Curriculum is important and so is learning through lived experience and personal growth! When I became a mom, I knew I wanted to adjust my teaching career to something that better fit my family’s needs.

I knew that I needed to find a solution that combined being the mom I wanted to be AND a fulfilling career—and share what I know with others like me.

I’ve been where you are— stuck, wanting extra time for myself, and also wanting a bunch of time with my daughter. I wanted to raise her and spend these precious year with her…and also didn’t want to lose myself.

The solution was to learn how to spend my time intentionally doing the things I needed to do and especially make time for the things I wanted to do.

After much trial and error, I learned how to make time for all of the things I want— and need— and now I do it with little mom guilt and lots of Quality Time with my daughter.

I am so excited to share this framework with you and I am looking forward to seeing you thrive as a mother!
